Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery is a trio of cafe/restaurants consisting of Persephone Cafe Jackson, Persephone Cafe Westbank and Picnic. These cafes serve local favorites such as roasted coffee, homemade pastries, breakfast and lunch. The design for each cafe is unique but all share modern, light filled characteristics. All are sophisticated and warm - soft neutrals create a timeless backdrop that compliments the traditional geometric café floor.

Rich materials of natural stone, marble, and wood is the backdrop for unique artwork and accents that make each special. Persephone Cafe Westbank has carved molding, brass accents, and a beautiful pastry case that greets you as you walk in the door while Picnic has bold geometric tiles set against the palette.

The space is loved by locals and visitors alike due to how cozy and inviting the atmosphere is while showcasing the cafe’s unique personality.
