Since 2001, GYDE has been partnering with Gavin Fine, owner of the Fine Dining Restaurant Group, to design restaurants that create memorable dining experiences. Because each restaurant is unique, incorporating features and details aligned with the cuisine creates a distinct atmosphere. In each location, we have developed a unique language that helps the space stand out by including signature design pieces, custom-made fixtures that align with the restaurant’s concept and architectural elements that create a cohesive and visually appealing space.
