Located near downtown, the Snake River Brewery stands as an iconic cornerstone of the Jackson community serving fresh brews, delicious food, and outdoor lawn games since 1994. The brewery has won countless awards, including ‘Small Brewery of the Year’ twice. This increase in popularity, and in turn, the number of patrons, was the impetus for the remodel in 2020.

The remodel focused on transforming the space while keeping the casual “living room” atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from the existing structure, the materials chosen for the remodel pay homage to its industrial yet playful character. All materials are durable and simple, fitting for a casual and welcoming brewery. Brick cladding adds texture while blue, corrugated steel panels contrast it with a modern, industrial feel.

Warm walnut bar slabs, and other wood accents add a touch of the “old Jackson” character to the space. Brightly colored lighting fixtures are strategically placed to create focal points and enhance the ambiance of the dining experience. The vibrant lighting of the interior spills out of the expansive windows, drawing people into the warm and inviting space.
